5040 Peak Hike Guide

5040 Peak is one of the most rewarding summit hikes on Vancouver Island. The hike is short but steep with scenic 360-degree views over the Strathcona Provincial Park.

This hike can be done as a day hike or multi-day backpacking trip and is an ideal addition to a road trip between Nanaimo and Tofino or a day trip from Tofino.
